Freight & Warehouse Cleaning
Mascot
Between-load crews for the freight sheds, ground-handling facilities and logistics depots of Mascot 2020 — loading aprons, sort floors, crib rooms and the front office on one written scope.

The contractor Mascot operators keep.
Mascot 2020 is a working postcode. Sitting directly under the Sydney Airport flight path and wedged between Botany Road and the rail line, it is mostly freight sheds, ground-handling facilities, courier depots and the logistics warehousing that runs south through Banksmeadow toward Port Botany. Cleaning it is an operations job: the site does not stop for a contractor, access is controlled, and the record of what was done matters as much as the work itself.
Our Mascot crews are based on the corridor rather than driven in from elsewhere, so a supervisor can be at your gate the same week you call and a spill on the apron gets a short run instead of an hour in traffic on General Holmes Drive.
The core of the work is heavy floor and hardstand care: machine scrubbing through sort lanes and pick faces, degreasing loading aprons where diesel film and hydraulic residue build up, and lifting pallet fibre and shrink wrap out of the building instead of pushing it into the next shift's problem.
Around that we run the areas that fail an audit first — crib rooms, lunchrooms, locker areas and washrooms — to a written per-area checklist that gets signed each visit. Clients in the precinct hand that record straight to a compliance officer.
Where a site also has a driver reception, an admin floor or a client-facing office on Botany Road, we scope it on the same specification. One supervisor, one roster, one invoice, month to month with no lock-in term.

What a Mascot site scope covers.
Dock and Apron Degreasing
Diesel film, tyre marking and hydraulic residue lifted off loading aprons and hardstand rather than spread thinner across it.
Sort Floor and Racking
Machine scrubbing through pick faces and sort lanes, with pallet fibre and shrink wrap extracted instead of swept into a corner.
Crib Rooms and Amenities
Lunchrooms, locker areas and washrooms cleaned to a written checklist that stands up to a client or compliance audit.
Front Office and Driver Reception
Reception, driver check-in and the admin floor cleaned on the same visit as the shed, so it is one supplier and one invoice.
Between-Load Scheduling
Overnight, weekend and between-turnaround windows so the dock is never held up waiting on a cleaning crew.
Written Site Specifications
A scope per area and frequency, priced line by line, so you can see exactly what is covered before you sign anything.
How we run a Mascot account.
Cleared for Precinct Work
Police-checked cleaners who complete your induction and carry the identification and access clearances an airport-precinct site requires.
Low-Tox Chemistry
Concentrated, low-odour degreasers and sanitisers that are safe around food freight and cold chain without stopping the line.
Month to Month
No lock-in term. If the roster stops fitting your operation you change it or you leave — the scope belongs to your site, not to us.
Short-Notice Callouts
Spills, damaged freight and post-incident cleans handled outside the roster, seven days, from crews already working the corridor.

Mascot cleaning — your questions.
Can you clean without interrupting freight movements?
Yes. Most Mascot sheds put us on an overnight or between-turnaround window so the dock and sort floor are clear. Where a facility runs continuously we section the floor and work zone by zone around the operation rather than asking you to stop.
Do your cleaners meet airport-precinct access requirements?
Every cleaner is police-checked and completes your site induction before the first shift, including whatever identification and access clearances your facility requires inside the Sydney Airport precinct. We keep the crew consistent so you are not re-inducting new faces each month.
Can you degrease loading aprons and hardstand?
That is one of the most common jobs we quote in Mascot. Diesel film, tyre marking and hydraulic residue are lifted with concentrated degreaser and machine scrubbing, which restores slip resistance and keeps line marking readable for forklift and truck movements.
Are your products safe around food freight and cold chain?
Yes. We use low-odour, low-tox concentrates chosen so they can be used near food handling and cold-store areas without shutting a line down. Chemical registers and safety data sheets are provided for your site file.
Which suburbs around Mascot do the same crews cover?
The corridor run takes in Sydney Airport, Botany, Banksmeadow, Port Botany, Matraville, Pagewood, Rosebery, Alexandria, Eastlakes, Kingsford, Zetland, Green Square, Waterloo and Rockdale.
